Side note: Chapter 24 of Somewhere In Between Us has been posted. Happy reading!
It is a dreary, rainy Monday, and I am feeling rather blah even after a relaxing and stress-free weekend.
Sometimes Brian Andreas’s Story People just say it better…
“I was waiting for such a long time, she said. I thought you forgot. It’s hard to forget, I said, when there is such an empty space when you are gone.” — Hard to Forget
“I saw them standing there pretending to be just friends, when all the time in the world could not pry them apart.” — Just Friends
“She left pieces of her life behind her everywhere she went. It’s easier to feel the sunlight without them, she said.” — Leaving Pieces
“I read once that the ancient Egyptians had fifty words for sand & the Eskimos had a hundred words for snow. I wish I had a thousand words for love, but all that comes to mind is the way you move against me while you sleep & there are no words for that.” — No Words
The last one is my absolute favorite. I have several of these prints hanging in my laundry room. I cannot explain it, but no matter what kind of day I am having, Story People quotes always make me smile.
Happy Monday!

You know how I love Story People
So glad you posted on this – made my day!
I just started reading Somewhere in Between Us this weekend and I love it! I feel so invested in Reid and Attison. I LOVE IT!
I feel like I missed something. What are story people?
I LOVE Story People. I first discovered the prints in a store back home in Boulder. I have one hanging in my living room. Some people think they are kind of sad stories, but I find them comforting. I love the stories and whismical drawings.
I adore Story People!!! I have went thru two sets of notecards. I have two prints of my own. And, have given a ton of prints as gifts. The wooden pieces are AMAZING! Great post!
I have never seen these before today, but wow. What a message each portrays. Thanks for introducing them to those who don’t know.
I love Story People. My best friend and her sister give them to each other year, which is a tradition that their mom, who passed away from breast cancer started when she got sick.
You find the coolest art for your home! I had to do a post inspired by your guest bath post because I was so in love. These story people are fun too! And that last one is the best…there’s a lot of honesty in them.
That last one is my favorite too. So sweet!
Those are so sweet! It’s like the stuff you think about, but never say aloud!
Those are beautiful. I love the last one
Wow, these are fabulous. I’m investigating them now.
I’m also a huge fan of Brian Andreas. My sister has several in her master bathroom… he really does strike right to the heart of things.
I love love love Story People. I get a print for my mom every year.
I adore Brian Andreas! I have two of his prints in my kitchen.
